Yearly Plan: R999 per year (saving R198 annually)

We do not collect or store any payment information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings:
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
6. Third Party Services

Apple App Store (payments, distribution)
Apple Analytics
Crash reporting tools
These services operate under their own privacy policies.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable safeguards including:

Terms of Use for AirCalc HVAC

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AirCalc HVAC mobile application (“the App”), developed and operated by Breeza Global Technology (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Description of the App
AirCalc HVAC is a professional HVAC calculation and conversion tool designed for technicians, engineers, estimators, and related professionals.
The App provides engineering calculations, reference tools, and utilities intended for general guidance only.
2. Eligibility
By using the App, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or
You have permission from a parent or legal guardian
3. Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
Download and use the App on Apple devices
Use the App for personal or professional HVAC purposes
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes
4. Subscriptions and Payments
AirCalc HVAC offers premium features via subscription:
7 day free trial
Monthly Plan: R99 per month
Yearly Plan: R999 per year
4.1 Billing
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
We do not store or access your payment information
4.2 Auto Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the billing period
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before renewal.
4.4 Free Trial
The free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled
You may only use the free trial once
5. No Professional Liability
The App provides calculations and tools for convenience only.
While we strive for accuracy:
We do not guarantee that calculations are error free
Results should always be verified by a qualified professional
The App must not be solely relied upon for design, installation, or safety critical decisions
Use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
Breeza Global Technology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
This includes loss of profit, business interruption, or incorrect calculations
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Data is primarily stored locally on your device
We do not sell your personal information
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including:
Calculations
Design
Branding
Code
is owned by Breeza Global Technology.
You may not reproduce or use any part without permission.
9. Updates and Changes

Add or remove features
Change pricing or subscription models
We are not obligated to continue supporting older versions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

These Terms are between you and Breeza Global Technology, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for:

Claims relating to the App
